1. ● A lump or thickening anywhere in the armpit or breast

● बगल या स्तन में गाँठ पड़ना या उसका सख्त हो जाना

2. Any lumps , thickening or bumpy areas in one breast or armpit which seem to be different from the same part of the other breast and armpit .

कोई भी सूजन , कठिन या उभाड का स्थान जो किसी एक स्तन या बगल में मौजूद हों जो दूसरे स्तन या बगल से भिन्न हों .

3. The second lasted for the rest of the period, also with continuous fever but with apostumes [abscesses] and carbuncles on the external parts, principally on the armpits and groin.

दूसरे किस्म को ब्यूबौनिक कहते हैं। इसमें भी मरीज़ को बुखार चढ़ता है, लेकिन साथ ही उसके शरीर में खासकर जाँघों के जोड़ और बगल में गिलटी निकल आती है जिसमें पस भर जाता है।
